Coral Embroidered Teddy with Satin Trim

Coral satin straps cut a bare gap directly under the bust, over blush mesh scattered with pink peonies.

Demi cups sit at the top, underwired and unlined, with the peonies worked straight over them and the top edge scalloped to follow the petals. Under the cups a coral band runs across, and from that band two coral straps drop down and out, leaving a bare triangle of skin before the mesh picks up again. Nothing covers that gap. It is simply left open.

From there the mesh runs down over the hip with more peonies across it, to a second coral band with a bow at its center. The panel between the legs is solid coral satin rather than mesh, and the legs are cut high. The back is open: coral straps cross the shoulder blades and close with hooks, and below them a scoop of sheer mesh is outlined in coral piping down to a single string thong.

Sizing

The cups are underwired and unlined, so they hold a shape without building one. Size to your bust first. The gap under the bust is a fixed piece of the cut rather than something that adjusts, so it lands where the cups put it.

Care

Hand wash cold with a mild detergent and lay it flat to dry. No machine, no dryer, no fabric softener. The embroidery is raised and the mesh around it is fine, so keep this away from hooks and zippers, and store it flat rather than folded across the satin panel.
