Shipping

Every order ships discreetly, always. Depending on what you order, it will arrive in a plain brown box or a tan bubble-lined envelope, with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Non-adult items (clothing, select lingerie, jewelry) ship from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse; those labels read "TWU" and nothing else. If you'd prefer that label changed, just contact us.

Free shipping on all orders over $75.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend, or that include custom or temporarily out-of-stock items, may take a little longer. A few of our more exotic, handmade pieces are made overseas and can take 3-4 weeks if they aren't already in stock (we keep most items stocked year-round). Standard domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS and arrive in roughly 3-7 business days. Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or military bases.

We store products across several US warehouses so we can offer the best selection and fastest delivery, which means your order may arrive in more than one package.

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, email us at infothewhiteunicorn@gmail.com and we'll let you know what's possible.

Backorders and availability. If something is out of stock or backordered, we'll email you within 48 hours with options: swap it for another item, wait for the restock, or take a refund on that item. Backordered items ship separately via USPS Priority or UPS at no extra cost.

Once an order has processed, we can't make changes or cancellations.

We aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages once they've shipped. If a package goes missing or tracking stalls, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. They'll have more detail on your shipment than we will.
