Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear, bodysuits, or any item designed to contact the genitals or bodily fluids. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are non-returnable. All sale items are final sale.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or was shipped incorrectly, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit within 15 days.

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at infothewhiteunicorn@gmail.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns and exchanges are only accepted with an approved RA number.
  2. We'll send instructions on where to ship it.
  3. Mail your package back to us, including the packing slip with the return section completed.
  4. We'll inspect the item to confirm it's eligible (original packaging, unworn, all tags attached).
  5. For exchanges, we'll ship your new item at no additional cost. Just tell us the product, size, and/or color you want.
  6. For refunds, we'll refund your original payment method within 7 days.
