Care & Cleaning
Rinse the sleeve with warm water and a mild unscented soap or a toy cleaner, working the water through the Quick Clean Helix. Because the silicone is nonporous, cleanup is quick. Air dry fully with the ventilation lids off before storing. Use a water-based lubricant only.
Does it need batteries or charging?
No. The Pow is a fully manual stroker. The suction comes from an air pressure valve, so there is nothing to charge.
How does the suction work?
Place a finger over the air pressure release valve while you stroke and the sleeve tightens for suction. Lift your finger to release it, so you control the intensity in the moment.

Body-safe CleanTech Silicone with an ABS housing, made without phthalates, BPA, or latex.
What lube should I use?
Water-based lubricant only. Silicone lubricants can damage silicone toys.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
