Fantasy Mode

Fantasy sex toys turn a fantasy into something you can actually hold: creatures, unicorns, mermaids and the costumes to match. Shop tentacle, monster and unicorn dildos, creature grinders, fox and bunny tail plugs, themed harnesses, creature lubes, and roleplay costumes.

What is a fantasy sex toy?

A fantasy sex toy is shaped like something that does not exist, or at least not in a bedroom: tentacles, dragons, aliens, unicorns and sea creatures. Fantasy Mode puts those toys next to the pieces that build the rest of the scene, like tails and ears, themed harnesses, lubes that look the part and costumes.

The appeal is two things at once. The look lets you play out a character or a creature instead of just using a toy. The texture is the part people stay for, because suckers, scales, ridges and knots feel different from smooth silicone and keep changing as the toy moves.

The thing most shoppers miss: not every fantasy dildo fits a harness. A strap-on O-ring needs a flared base, and many creature shapes sit on a suction cup or a wide sculpted base instead. If you want to wear it, check the base before you check anything else.

Types of fantasy mode

Every theme in the edit, sorted by what it is.

  • Fantasy dildos: tentacles, dragons, aliens and sea creatures in body-safe silicone. The shape is the draw, and the texture is why people keep them.
  • Unicorn sex toys: rainbow and pastel horn dildos and unicorn vibrators. The spiral is gentler than suckers or knots, so these are the easy way in.
  • Vibrating dildos: creature and unicorn shapes with a motor inside, so you get the texture and the vibration at once.
  • Bump and grinders: creature and vulva shaped grinders that you ride instead of hold, including vibrating ones.
  • Anal tails: fox, wolf, unicorn, rainbow, ombre and bunny tails, plus ears sets for full pet play.
  • Strap-ons and harnesses: themed harness styles that make the strap-on part of the costume.
  • Glass dildos: twisted and horn shaped glass that holds warmth or cool and works with any lube.
  • Costumes and cosplay: mermaids, nurses and other characters, plus roleplay lingerie sets that set the scene before any toy comes out.
  • Mermaid looks: shell pasties and iridescent pieces. Pair them with a sea creature toy for the whole theme.
  • Paddles: themed acrylic paddles in cute shapes for a spanking that stays on theme.
  • Sex machines: ride-on and thrusting machines for hands-free play.
  • Lubricants: water based creature lubes in slime and cum-look colors, made to match the toys.

How to choose the right one

If you are new to fantasy shapes: start with a unicorn horn. The smooth spiral is the gentlest texture in the group. Before you buy anything bigger, check the diameter at the thickest point, not the length. The fantasy dildos page explains why.

If you want to build a scene: pick a theme and match all of it. A mermaid set with shell pasties and a sea creature toy, or a fox tail with ears, turns a toy into a character.

If you want to wear it: look for a flared base. That is what an O-ring harness grips. A themed harness finishes the look, and harness compatible dildos lists the shapes that fit.

If you want hands free: go for a grinder or a machine. Grinders sit on the bed and you set the pace. Machines do the moving for you.

If you are into pet play: get a tail and ears set. Matching pieces read instantly, and a tail with weight moves with you. Start a size smaller than your usual plug.

If you want the full creature effect: add a creature lube. Colored and cum-look lubes are part of the fantasy for a lot of people. Lay down a towel, since colored lube can mark fabric.

On materials: water based lube with silicone. Silicone lube breaks down silicone toys. Glass works with any lube.
