Care & Cleaning
Unscrew the tail, then wash the glass with warm water and mild soap, or a toy cleaner, and dry it before storing. A UV toy sanitizer is fine. Do not boil it, put it in the dishwasher or freeze it, since sudden temperature swings can weaken glass. Keep the hair dry. If it gets damp, shake it out, brush it gently and let it air dry. Store the glass away from other glass and metal toys so nothing chips it, and hang the tail or lay it flat so the hair does not tangle.
Does the tail really come off?
Yes. It screws on and off, so you can wash the plug on its own or swap the tail.
Is this a unicorn tail or a pony tail?
Both. It is the same long curly rainbow hair either way, and which one it is depends on the rest of your look.
Can I use it for temperature play?
Yes, with the tail unscrewed. Warm or cool the glass in a bowl of water, test it against your wrist, then screw the tail back on.
Is the glass safe to use?
Yes. It is hardened borosilicate glass, the same family used for lab glassware, and it is molded in one piece with no seams. Check it for chips before each use and retire it if you find one.
What lube should I use?
Any of them. Glass is nonporous, so water based, silicone and hybrid lubricants are all fine. Use plenty, since the body does not make its own back there.
Will the package show what is inside?
No. All orders from The White Unicorn ship in a plain package, and the return label will read TWU or shipping department.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
