Spot clean only. Dab the velvet with a damp cloth and let air dry. Skip the washing machine, which wrecks both velvet and faux fur.
Will it fit my head?
One size fits most adult heads. The velvet body has stretch room and the lining sits comfortably under the band.

How does the hat compare to a costume-shop Santa hat?
Heavier velvet body and fuller faux-fur trim than the lightweight plush hats at general party stores. Built to last past one season.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
