Stretchy elastic fabric hugs the sleeve, an anti-slip silicone pattern on the inner face grips it firmly, and the velcro runs the full length of the band so you can fit and adjust it in seconds. It is 20 mm longer than the standard TrueGrip Band, so it fits a wider range of sleeves.
