Care & Cleaning
Wash before first use and after every session with warm water and mild unscented soap, or a toy cleaner. Check whether your toy is waterproof before rinsing it.
Dry completely and store it in a clean pouch, away from other toys.
Do I need to add lube?
No. The cup comes pre-lubricated inside and is ready to use. You can add a little water-based lube if you like.
How does the suction work?
There is an air hole at the top. Cover it to build vacuum suction and uncover it to release the pressure, so you set the intensity as you go.
Is it reusable?
The Original Vacuum Cup is designed for single use, so there is no cleanup. Enjoy it once and toss it.
What is it made of?
A soft TPE sleeve inside a firm PE cup, with a pre-lubricated PU lubricant ring.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
