Care & Cleaning
Flip it open after use, rinse the sleeve with warm water and a mild unscented soap or a toy cleaner, and let it air dry fully before closing and storing. Use a water-based lubricant only.
Is it reusable?
Yes. The Flip Zero opens up completely for cleaning and drying, so it is designed for repeated use.
How does the suction work?
A one-way valve builds a strong vacuum as you stroke, and the seamless insertion point seals it so the pressure and the lube stay put.
What is the difference between black and white?
Only the color. Both are the same Flip Zero with the same internal detail and features.
What lube should I use?
Water-based lubricant only.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
