Sizing
Small is the one to start on. At 1.06 in across the insertable section it sits at the beginner end, and it is the size most people are comfortable with first. Medium steps up to 1.3 in across and 2.83 in insertable, which is a real jump in width, so take it in that order rather than straight to medium.
How to use it
Warm the metal in your hands or in a bowl of warm water first, since it comes out of the drawer cold. Use plenty of lube on the tip and the neck, then go slowly and let your body take it rather than pushing. To take it out, relax and ease it out by the base, adding more lube if it feels dry.
Care
Wash it with warm water and mild soap, or a toy cleaner, and dry it fully before storing. Aluminum is nonporous, so nothing soaks in and it washes completely clean.
