Care & Cleaning
Easiest: spray with a toy cleaner and wipe down. Otherwise mild unscented soap and warm water before first use and after every session. Top-rack dishwasher safe with no detergent. Air dry. Inspect for chips or cracks before each session.

How do the two ends differ?
One end is a tapered phallic head with smooth glass for a steady glide. The other end is a stack of rounded beads in a grape-cluster pattern for distinct pressure as each bead passes through.
What lube works with it?
Glass is compatible with all lubes: water-based, hybrid, and silicone.
Can I use it for temperature play?
Yes. Run it under warm water to warm or under cool water to chill. Aim for warm bath temperatures and cool tap temperatures; skip the microwave and freezer for safety.

Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
