Care & Cleaning
Spray with a toy cleaner and wipe down, or wash the nozzle with mild unscented soap and warm water before first use and after every session. Air dry. Keep the magnetic charging contacts dry before charging. Store in a clean dry place with the travel cover on.

Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
