Care & Cleaning
Hand wash cold with a gentle detergent and lay flat to dry, or follow the care label. Skip the dryer and the bleach.
Spot clean anything with boning, sequins, rhinestones or feathers instead of soaking it.
Is it really crotchless?
Yes. The front lace panel and the back are joined only by the pearl strand and a thin elastic. The crotch is open.
How is this different from the Red and Pink versions?
This black version has ruffled lace trim along the top edge and a fuller floral lace front. The Red and Pink versions are smoother g-strings with scalloped lace.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
