Care & Cleaning
Easiest: spray with a toy cleaner and wipe down. Otherwise wash with mild unscented soap and warm water before first use and after every session. Dishwasher safe on the top rack. Air dry. Store padded to prevent chipping.
What's it made of?
Borosilicate glass, the same family of glass used in heat-resistant kitchenware.
What lube works with it?
All types. Glass is compatible with water-based, hybrid, and silicone-based lubricants.
Can I use it for temperature play?
Yes. Soak in warm water to warm or leave at room temperature for a cool feel. Never use boiling water or freezer-cold contact. Test the temperature on the inside of the wrist before use.
Is it shatter-proof?
Borosilicate glass is impact-resistant for normal use but not indestructible. Inspect for chips or cracks before each session.
Is it safe for anal use?
The heart base is decorative rather than a flat T-bar flare. We recommend it for vaginal play only. For anal play, choose a toy with a clear flared base.

Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
