Body shimmer is the finishing layer for any festival or stage look. Inside, you will find loose glitter, glitter gels (the kind that really stays put), holographic body paints, liquid highlighters, and the metallic shimmers that catch every light. A few quick tips: cosmetic glitter (not craft glitter, there's a real difference) is what you want on skin, gel-based formulas are easier to control and easier to clean off than loose glitter, and oil-based body shimmers can transfer onto clothes.
