A pair of reusable gel pads that go warm before a feed or cold after one, cut with an opening that sits around the nipple so they work over a pump flange.
Each pad is round with a keyhole opening at the center. That shape is the difference between a pad you have to hold in place with your hand and one that sits where it should while you pump. The opening clears the nipple and the flange, so warmth reaches the breast during a session instead of only after it.
The gel is divided into beaded cells, so the pads stay soft and bendable when chilled and mold to the shape of the breast rather than sitting flat on top of it.
Warm before nursing or pumping to help milk move. Cold after, or any time there is engorgement, swelling or tenderness. Each pad slips into a soft plush cover that comes off to be washed.
One pair, reusable, latex free, and backed by a two year warranty.
Why this works
- Keyhole opening fits around the nipple and over a pump flange, so the pads stay put through a session
- Warm to encourage flow before a feed or a pump, cold for engorgement and tenderness after
- Beaded gel stays flexible when cold and molds to the breast
- Soft plush covers sit between the gel and your skin, and come off to be washed
- Sold as a pair, so both sides get treated at once
- Reusable, latex free and BPA free
- Two year warranty

Care
Chill the gel pads in the refrigerator. Warm them following the directions on the pack, and check the temperature against the inside of your wrist before they go on. Use them inside the plush covers, never bare against skin. Wipe the gel pads clean and wash the covers separately. Check for damage before each use, and stop using a pad if the gel leaks.
Use it for
Warming before a feed or a pumping session. Cooling after one. Engorgement and tenderness in the early weeks, and the stretch when supply is still adjusting. They also help while you are weaning and your body is catching up.
FAQ
Warm or cold, which comes first? Warm before you nurse or pump, because heat helps milk move. Cold after, for swelling and tenderness.
Can I wear them while pumping? Yes. The keyhole opening clears the nipple and sits around a standard flange, so the pad stays on through the session.
How do I warm them? Follow the directions on the pack, then test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before it touches your skin.
How cold should they be? Refrigerator cold. They are not meant to be frozen into a solid block, and the plush cover stays on either way.
Is this a pair or a single pad? A pair, so you can treat both sides at once.
Are they safe around milk? They are BPA free and latex free, and they sit outside the pump path rather than touching milk.
Can I use them if I am not breastfeeding? Yes. They work for general breast tenderness and for the discomfort that comes with weaning.
Will anyone know what is in the package? All orders from The White Unicorn ship in a plain package, and the return label will read TWU or shipping department.
