How to use
Start with clean, dry, lotion-free skin. Peel the backing off the gem placement. Press onto skin and hold for a few seconds to seal the adhesive. To remove, peel from one outer edge slowly; use a little oil if the adhesive resists.

How long will they stay on?
Through a full event with normal wear. Heavy sweat, oil, and rubbing will lift edges sooner. Press the edges back down or replace as needed.
Are they reusable?
BodiStix are designed as single-use sheets. The adhesive is built for one application.
Will they irritate my skin?
The adhesive is skin-safe for most users. Patch test the inner arm overnight if you have very reactive skin.
Can I sweat or dance in them?
Yes. Sweat will reduce the adhesive over a long night. The gems read strongest in the first few hours.
