How do I put them on?
Start with clean, dry, lotion-free skin. Peel the backing, place the bottom edge of the pasty at the bottom of your nipple, then pull upward and smooth to seal. This sets them with a slight natural lift. Hold for 5-10 seconds.

How do I take them off?
Peel slowly from one edge and roll the pasty back on itself. Don't rip them off. A warm shower first helps if the adhesive feels stubborn.

Can I wear them with a nipple piercing?
Yes, over fully healed piercings. Skip them on fresh or still-healing piercings.

How long can I wear them?
Rated for 10-12 hours, and the adhesive is hypoallergenic and latex-free. Customers regularly wear them comfortably for a full day or longer.

Will they hold up to sweat, dancing, and heat?
