Unzip the outer cover and machine wash on cold, tumble dry low. Wipe the moisture-proof inner liner with a damp cloth if needed. Don't soak the foam core.

How is it used?
Slide it under the hips of the receiving partner to raise and tilt the pelvis. The angle changes the angle of penetration and takes pressure off the lower back.
Will it hold its shape?
Yes. The foam is denser than couch-cushion foam so it doesn't flatten under body weight the way a regular pillow does.
Is the cover washable?
Yes. The outer velvish cover zips off and goes in a cold-water machine wash. Tumble dry low. The moisture-proof inner liner protects the foam from lube and other spills.
Can I use lube on it?
Yes. Any lube is fine on the moisture-proof liner. For the velvish cover, water-based wipes off cleanest. Silicone and oil-based lubes can leave marks on microfiber.
How do I clean it?
Spot-clean the outer cover, or unzip and machine wash cold. Wipe the inner liner with a damp cloth. Air dry the foam if it gets damp; don't submerge it.
