The band is adjustable from 32 to 43 cm (about 12.5 to 17 inches) via a buckle in the back with multiple holes. Use the two-finger test once it's on: snug enough to stay in place, loose enough that you can slip two fingers between the collar and your skin.

Letter capacity depends on the variant you choose at checkout. Pick the option that matches the length of your phrase, including spaces if you want them counted.

Can I wear it all day or sleep in it?
