Shipping and Returns
Due to Covid-19 shipping and processing times may be longer than usual. Items may be on backorder and delays in manufacturing and backordered items are occurring more often than we have had in the past. We are doing out best to get every order to you as fast as possible. If your order is delayed in shipment or backordered we will email you with options. Please be patient. We are a small business and appreciate your support.
We have temporarily paused shipping and orders from countries other than the US. Shipping is currently too unreliable due to COVID-19. We will resume taking international orders once shipping carriers are less overwhelmed.
All of our adult products are shipped discreetly. Depending on your order, you might receive a plain brown box or a tan business envelope lined with bubble wrap. The Shipping label will say "Shipping Department"
Items not considered "adult" will be shipped from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. These items include, clothing, select lingerie, and jewelry. These items will be shipped out discreetly as well. However, the return label will say "The White Unicorn" It will not be marked anywhere else on the box. If this is an issue, please contact us and we will remark your return label.
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders that come in over the weekend, and/or include custom, or temporarily out-of-stock items, may be delayed. Some of our more exotic items that are hand made by artisans and are manufactured overseas may be delayed 3-4 weeks unless we have it in stock. We do try and have most items in stock all the time. Standard domestic orders are shipped via U.S. Mail or UPS and are delivered within approximately 3-7 business days. Please note: UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Military Bases.
Some items may be backordered or out of stock and you will be notified with 48 hours of your original order. If an item is not in stock we will offer you the option to purchase a different item or a refund of this product. If an item is backorder you may choose to wait for the item to come back in stock or for a refund of that product. Backordered items will be shipped separately via standard US Priority mail or UPS at no additional cost. Please contact us should you have any questions regarding availability.
We house our products in several warehouses throughout the United States. This is so that we can offer you the best selection of products with the quickest delivery times. However, this may cause your order to ship in more than one package. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.
Once the order has processed we can not accept any changes or cancelations.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped out. If are package has gone missing or tracking has not updated, please contact the shipping carrier to open an investigation. We do not have any additional information on the shipping process than what is posted by the shipping carrier.
If you are unhappy with your order we can accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Items must appear new and unused. Must be in it's original package with all tags still attached.
We do not returns or exchanges on ANY adult toys, underwear, teddies, lingerie, swimwear or body suits. If an item was shipped to you incorrectly or was damaged when you received it, we will offer exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase.
All sale items are final sale.
Due to the nature of our products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc.). Once these types of items leave our warehouse they are considered non-returnable. Exchanges of these types of items will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product.

To return or exchange a product please follow the following steps:
1. Email us for a Return Authorization number (RA number) at email@example.com Exchanges will only be accepted with an approved RA number.
2. We will give you instructions on where to ship your return or exchange.
3. Mail your package back to us.
4. Product will be examined to determine if it is eligible for a refund. Items must be in their original package, and can not appear to be worn or used. Items must have all original tags still attached.
5. In the case of an exchange a new product will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please send us your request for product, size and or color of the item you are exchanging.
6. In the case of a return, we will refund your money onto your original form of payment within 7 days.
7. In the case the product has become out of stock before a replacement has been shipped we will refund you for this product.
To be properly processed, your return must include the packing slip with the return section completed.
