How to use

Apply a thin layer of the gel to clean dry skin where the glitter will sit. While the gel is still tacky, sprinkle or press the loose glitter onto the area. Allow to dry. To remove, soak the area for several seconds with water or a makeup remover wipe and wipe clear. Avoid direct contact with eyes and the immediate eye area.
